Accounts and Platforms FAQ

Short answers about MT5, account sizes, leverage, login details, new accounts, and holding more than one account.

Your MT5 trading password is different from your BFT website password. Never share it in a support ticket, chat, or screenshot.

Which trading platform do you use?

BFT accounts trade on MetaTrader 5 (MT5). You receive MT5 login details for each account after it is delivered. MetaTrader 4 is not offered.

Which account sizes are available?

Every program comes in $5K, $10K, $25K, $50K, and $100K sizes. The size is the account's starting simulated balance, not money you deposit or can withdraw.

What leverage do I get?

Yangon Standard and Yangon Express accounts use 1:100 leverage. Check the leverage shown in MT5 for a Mandalay account. Leverage does not change the loss limits or the 3% risk exposure rule, so size positions by risk, not by available margin.

Can I trade on my phone or computer?

Yes. Use the official MT5 app on Windows, macOS, iPhone, iPad, or Android. Sign in with the same trading account number, password, and server on each device. See Connect MT5 and start trading.

Where do I find my login details?

Sign in to BFT, open Settings, and select Trading credentials. The page shows the Trading account, Password, Server, Platform, and Model. Use the exact server shown. See MT5 and account credentials.

Why did I receive new login details?

Each stage uses a new account. Phase 2, the funded account, and each replacement account after a paid payout all arrive with their own login details. Stop trading the earlier account and sign in to the new one; open trades and profit do not move across.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes. You can buy several evaluations, and checkout sometimes offers bundles or a discounted second account. Each account has its own rules, loss limits, and payout dates. Do not hedge or place opposite trades across your accounts, and ask support before copying trades between them.

Can someone else trade my account?

No. Only you may trade your accounts. Sharing your login, letting an account manager or signal provider trade for you, or trading someone else's account is prohibited and can end the account.
