Identity Verification
Complete KYC, understand verification states, and resubmit rejected documents.
Submit your own clear, current documents through the protected verification page. Never send identity documents through Telegram or an ordinary support message.
Before you start
Verification unlocks after a one-step evaluation is passed, after Phase 2 of a two-step evaluation is passed, or when the account is already in the funded stage. Prepare a supported government ID, a selfie, and proof of address.
Steps
Upload the ID front. Upload the back when the document has relevant information on both sides.
Choose Bank Statement, Utility Bill, or Rental Contract, then upload the proof-of-address file.

What success looks like
Approved means the identity review is complete. Pending means the submission is awaiting review. Rejected shows a reason or administrator note; correct the documents and use the resubmission action.
Common mistakes
- Uploading an unreadable, cropped, expired, or reflected ID image.
- Using a proof of address that does not identify the applicant or address clearly.
- Uploading another person's document.
- Creating a second submission instead of correcting a rejected one.
What happens next
After approval, complete any requested customer agreement and wait for simulated funded account activation. KYC approval alone does not create payout eligibility.
