Simulated Funded Account Basics

Learn what changes after evaluation and how ongoing compliance affects performance rewards.

A BFT funded-stage account remains simulated. It removes the evaluation profit target, but risk, trading, identity, and payout-review requirements continue to apply.

Before you start

Confirm that the dashboard shows the new account as Funded, use its new MT5 credentials, and complete KYC and any required agreement. Read the funded-stage news and holding rules attached to the account.

How it works

  • The account begins with a simulated balance based on the purchased program size.
  • There is no evaluation profit target or minimum-day pass event.
  • Daily loss, maximum loss, margin, prohibited-strategy, and account-access rules remain active.
  • The first eligible trade starts the account's payout countdown.
  • Eligible simulated profit can support a performance reward after the eligibility date, KYC approval, compliance review, and payout-request approval.
  • The standard implemented reward share is 80%. An eligible 90% add-on changes the calculation for that account.

What success looks like

The funded-stage account remains active and compliant, BFT metrics synchronize with MT5, and the payout page shows an account-specific eligibility date after the first trade. Profit alone does not mean a payout request is ready.

Common mistakes

  • Treating the simulated balance as withdrawable cash.
  • Reusing evaluation credentials.
  • Assuming evaluation news permissions remain unchanged.
  • Requesting the full displayed profit without applying the account's reward share.

What happens next

Trade within the funded-stage rules and monitor the eligibility date in Payouts and fee refunds.
