Payouts and Fee Refunds
Check eligibility, calculate the maximum request, and understand payout and fee-refund states.
A payout request is subject to eligibility and review. Use the account-specific date and maximum amount shown on the dashboard; do not calculate a later request from a generic calendar.
Before you start
The account must be a funded-stage account, remain active and compliant, have approved KYC, show positive eligible profit, and have no pending payout request. The first-trade date must also exist.
Steps
Enter an amount no greater than the displayed maximum and provide complete payment details.
The first eligibility period is normally 21 days for Yangon Standard and Yangon Express, or 30 days for Mandalay, measured from the first trade. An eligible 14-day add-on can change the first period. Later dates are derived from the account's payout history and are shown on the dashboard.
The standard implemented reward share is 80%, or 90% when the account has the eligible add-on. Yangon Standard schedules a 100% evaluation-fee refund with the first approved payout. Mandalay schedules it with the fourth. Yangon Express does not include a fee refund.
Worked example
If eligible profit is $1,000, the maximum performance reward is $800 at an 80% share or $900 with an active 90% add-on. A scheduled fee refund is shown separately and is not part of simulated trading profit.
Common mistakes
- Counting from account creation instead of the first trade.
- Requesting the full simulated profit instead of the eligible share.
- Expecting a fee refund on a program or payout number that does not include one.
- Submitting another request while one is pending.
What happens next
A request may remain Pending while BFT reviews account compliance, KYC, payment details, and the requested amount. Follow the status in BFT and answer any official request for clarification through the support ticket.
